Wednesday August 27th - 7:00PM - West Palm Beach Amateur Radio Group meeting at the South Florida Science Center & Aquarium -
Our presentation will be on the Narrow Band Emergency Messaging System, NBEMS. Presenters will be Chris Hite, AC4FC and Larry Lazar, KS4NB. This is a great system for sending information for ARRL, ARC, FEMA and any other message format you need. Just the information gets sent and the data is received formatted on the correct form for printing by the receiving station. And all you need for a basic implementation is a handheld and a PC or laptop because the software is free and easy to use.

All the clubs listed here and on our "Clubs/Vendors" page have additional activities so be sure to check out all the other breakfasts, workshops, etc. going on all the time and check into any of the club nets that interest you. Remember Palm Beach is "Radio Active" and there are nets almost every night of the week.
